Quite easy, but the interface is a bit counter-intuitive. You might need to experiment a few times before getting the hang of it.

Popcorn will allow you to open, play & edit multiple movies all at the same time using the standard Movie Controller. In addition to being able to play a movie forwards or backwards and control its volume, you can repeat a movie indefinitely or even attempt a palindrome. You may also choose to resize a movie to see it at a larger or smaller scale.
